In considering the various strategies for Cuba's political, economic, and social renewal, there can really be only one starting point: the removal of Fidel and Raúl Castro from power and the elimination of every vestige of their discredited rule. Any hope for Cuba's successful return to the family of nations depends on a clean break from the past 35 years. vbcrlfSimply put, the Castro brothers are the problem in Cuba and cannot be a part of the solution.
